National Library Week – Atomic Habits by James Clear

I have read several business related books over the years, and some have resonated more than others. It’s hard to incorporate big picture ideas sometimes when smaller and more tangible guidance can be a huge game changer. In honor of National Library Week, I want to give a shout out to Atomic Habits by James Clear. I love the messaging of this book because the premise is that small, daily, incremental tweaks in our routines formulate longstanding habits that can make sustainable change. It’s a simple philosophy, but one that I incorporate into my life at least once a week (personally and professionally). The takeaway is that we can make modify our path whenever we want, and no grandiose vision or well crafted plan is necessary at the beginning as we take a first step towards change. What book changes how you think about the way you go about your business each day?
